Hosea, Chapter 3

3:1 And Yahweh said to me, Go again, love a woman loved by a companion, but [is] an adulteress, even as Yahweh loves the sons of Israel, though they turn to other gods, and love cakes of raisins.
3:2 So I bought her to me for fifteen [shekels] of silver, and a homer of barley, and a half-homer of barley;
3:3 and I said to her, You will remain with me many days; you will not prostitute; and you will not have any sex with any man--not even me.
3:4 For the sons of Israel will remain many days without king, and without prince, and without sacrifice, and without pillar, and without ephod or talismans:
3:5 afterward the sons of Israel will return, and seek Yahweh their God, and David their king, and will come with fear to Yahweh and to his goodness in the latter days.
